Mr. Deininger is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of FORMVERSE. Prior to joining FORMVERSE, Mr. Deininger served in executive positions with several established and start-up companies such as Tapestry Medical (acquired by Alere, Inc), E*TRADE, Thomson Corporation, and Autonomy ZANTAZ (acquired by HP) where his responsibilities included sales, marketing and channel development. While at these firms, Mr. Deininger drove expansion into new markets, negotiated distribution agreements with partners such as IBM and EMC, and managed sales teams to drive exponential sales growth.

Drake has led team’s specializing in the sales and distribution of technologies focused on helping companies increase employee productivity. Drake has over 15 years of new technology sales and operations experience. Drake earned a B.S in Business Administration from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from University of California Davis’s Global School of Management.
Arthur provides the company with the technical and software development expertise required to develop world class products. Mr. Gniazdowski possesses over twenty-six (26) years of accumulated leadership and hands-on experience and expertise in Hardware/Software Systems Engineering and Integration, Enterprise Organization Engineering and Management including Information Technology Management, Strategy Development, Strategic IT Project Management, IT Organizational Change, IT Merging and Processes Integration, Business Analysis, Software Application Research and Development, within military programs, High-Tech, Government, Industrial and NGO’s environment. Mitch leads all sales and marketing efforts at FORMVERSE and is a Silicon Valley Enterprise Software veteran. With over 20 years of Software Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, and Partner Development experience in the Silicon Valley, Mitch has been involved in several high-growth Enterprise Software companies including MediaPlatform, Inc., ShareData, Inc, (later acquired by E*TRADE Group, Inc.), and E*TRADE Corporate Services Group. Mitch has also successfully assisted in the rapid growth of the E*TRADE Employee Stock Plan business growing Employee Stock Plan accounts from 30,000 to 1.5 million in a 24 month period and assisted in creating the leading online employee stock plan transaction firm in the world. Mitchell earned a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
