FORMVERSE is provided to Government customers as a turn-key virtual appliance built as a Virtual Machine (VM) on Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server. Workflow Templates are created inside the FORMVERSE Template Editor then the associated workflow is created and finally user permissions are assigned. Once this process is complete these form now appear inside of user’s Microsoft Outlook email. Users who have permission to access the form simply start a new Microsoft Outlook email message, select the form from a dropdown list, complete the portions of the form that the system did not auto-populate and hit send to kick-off the workflow. The form is then routed to the next step in the workflow automatically and based on your specific workflow rules. It’s fully customizable.

Best yet, all data from within each form and all metadata is automatically stored in a Microsoft SQL Server database, where your users can run real-time reports directly from within the Microsoft Outlook user interface.   In addition, with the data now contained within the Microsoft SQL Server database, that data can now be seamlessly integrated into your other enterprise applications and databases, if required.

For those Agencies that can procure through a Federal GSA schedule, FORMVERSE has teamed with a certified HUBZone Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business who manages the FORMVERSE GSA schedule.
